← 1. During the preparation of this Review, the Administrative Office was in charge of human resources management (HRM) of the Government of Mexico City. As of 1 February 2017, it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the Decree amending and adding provisions of the Organic Law of the Public Administration of the Federal District. Consequently, in this Review, all references to the Administrative Office in relation to HRM are understood to be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance.
